You are cordially invited to our luncheon presentation on “Do you really need a living trust or is a will good enough?” on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. at Maggiano’s Little Italy in Plano.
Estate planning is not just for the wealthy, or those nearing / in retirement. All of your assets, from life insurance, pensions, real estate, cars, personal belongings, and debts are all part of one’s estate.
We all have them and eventually, we will need to pass them to others. This requires a plan.
Our April luncheon seminar will discuss:
- -How to prepare for the transfer of your wealth and assets after your death
- -Assure your estate is transferred to the people you want when you want to, and, with the least possible costs
- -Discuss your options regarding an estate plan
- -Highlight the differences between wills (controlled by the courts) versus trusts (controlled by the family), and suggest which is best in different situations
We’ll also discuss what needs to be included in either a will or a trust, and how to ensure your instructions will be carried out most efficiently.
The presentation and luncheon are complimentary, but seats are limited.
Please complete this form or call Lindsey Robran at 972-692-0909 to reserve a place for you and any guest you believe may benefit from this presentation.
We look forward to seeing you there.
